    Scholarship Information

The Appomattox County Education Foundation, Inc. was established in 1988 by local officials and business individuals in the community for the sole purpose of providing college scholarships to deserving graduates of Appomattox County High School. During the past 22 years, 63 scholarships totaling $31,500.00 have been awarded to ACHS graduates. Employees of Appomattox County Public Schools have generously contributed to this scholarship fund through payroll deduction since the foundation was established.

Seniors and their parents are encouraged to review updated scholarship and financial aid information at http://acpsweb.com/high/ACHS/Counseling/SitePages/Seniors.aspx.  Parents and seniors can also contact Mrs. Hall, the 12th grade school counselor at tchall@appomattox.k12.va.us with questions or requests for information pertaining to the college application process.
