Appomattox County High School on November 7, 2023 captured the Region 2C Championship in the sport of volleyball, it’s first ever. The Appomattox Lady Raiders swept the James River Knights 3-0. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Appomattox will now get the opportunity to host a state playoff game.
