The Appomattox Band Program consists of students from grades 6th - 12th with a major focus being placed on our organization being taught like a family. We are lucky to not only be the only band in our county, but, THE BEST BAND IN APPOMATTOX. Each year, we strive to perform and compete against band programs across the Commonwealth of Virginia and North Carolina. This level or rigor helps us to develop students who are well trained in the art of music education. The Raider Band Program consistently finishes with top scores and superior ratings in the VBODA District III sect of Virginia.
