They explore career clusters, participate in hands‑on learning, and begin identifying pathways that align with their skills and passions. This stage helps students make informed decisions about high school coursework and future opportunities.

ACPS high school CTE programs prepare students for college, careers, and the workforce through hands‑on training, rigorous instruction, and industry‑recognized credentials. Students explore high‑demand career options and follow structured pathways that lead to post‑secondary education, apprenticeships, military service, or direct job placement. Our CTE staff partners with local businesses and industry leaders to equip students with the technical skills, transferable skills, and real‑world knowledge needed to succeed in the local workforce.
