Prom Contracts and guest forms can be picked up in the Main office. Everything needs to be filled out before you can purchase tickets. Hold onto contracts and guest forms until the day of ticket purchase. You will turn signed contracts/guest forms to the ticket seller during your lunch.
The ticket pre-sale for Prom 2026 tickets will be Friday, February 27th during lunches. The cost will be $25 per ticket. Prom contracts and guest forms must be completed, with all signatures, before you will be permitted to purchase a ticket at lunch. Each week ticket prices will increase. The next time tickets go on sale the cost will be $40.00 each. The last day for ticket sales will be Friday March 27th. No tickets will be sold after this date for prom.
This week we are hosting a school-wide Pet Shelter Supply Drive to support the Appomattox Animal shelter. For every pound of pet supplies donated or every dollar donated, you earn a vote. That vote goes toward a staff member or teacher. We all want to see Mr. Cunningham or Mr. McGowan or one of your favorite teachers pucker up and kiss a pig this Friday! The FFA will be collecting donations this week as you enter the cafeteria in the morning.

Off-season conditioning for Football is Monday-Thursday 3:30-4:45 at the ACHS weight room. Open to all 6th-11th grade interested in playing. You must have a valid VHSL physical on file. Don't wait to get in shape!
The ACHS softball team will be having conditioning on today, 1/13, and Wednesday, 1/14, at the high school softball field from 4-5:30pm. This is open to girls in grades 6-12; athletes must have a valid VHSL physical to participate.
