Mass Physical Day will be an opportunity extended to all ACPS students where students can complete their VHSL sports physical for next year at ACHS in the bottom floor of the new wing off the cafeteria. It will be on May 16, 2023 starting at 3:30pm.
Getting kids' physicals completed and collected is always a bit of a scramble when sports seasons come around, but Mass Physical Day gives students an opportunity to complete their physical and have it on file at ACHS for any sport(s) they would like to compete in next year.
Dr. Pieleck is a Sports Medicine physician from Access Healthcare in Forest, and he will be the physician completing and signing off on students' physicals. He is charging 15 dollars for physicals, and all money collected will be donated back to the school.
Physical Forms are avaliable on line, from a coach or from the Athletic Trainer, Ms. Martin at ACHS.
