Required documents are the original birth certificate, current physical and immunization record dated after 8/12/24 and proof of residency (lease agreement, mortgage statement, electric bill or water bill).

If you have brand new Kindergartner for the 2025-2026 school year, don't forget to schedule your school physical and immunizations as soon as possible! These appointments often fill up quick and students cannot start the school year without these documents on file with the school.

Super Pancake and the Mini Muffin Mayhem

Head out into the community this summer and visit the Spot and Trot book buses! They will run from June 2nd through July 10th. The buses will not run on 6/17, 6/18, 6/23 or 7/4. The buses visit several churches, neighborhoods and community locations every week! Schedules for both buses are attached.
