Our little band from Appomattox finished with 1st place gold in the captions of General Effect, Marching, Percussion, Color Guard and a 2nd place overall placement in our division. I could not be prouder of this group. The color guard team led by coach Brooke Rieger, was the highest scoring group in our division and defeated bands with a lot more students and coaches.
